Returns Process

All items purchased on Sale are Final. These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Non-sale and pre-ordered items are returnable for store credits only.
- Returns will only be accepted up to 15 calendar days from delivery of your merchandise.
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in all original packaging with tags attached.
- All returns must have the return label generated from your Très Chic account at tcstyling.com
- Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Once we receive and inspect your returns, please allow 1-2 weeks for the process to complete. All approved returns are refundable via a Très Chic store credits (including sales tax, as applicable), that can immediately be used on future purchases. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been applied.
Shipping
Please take note that the original shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the amount of your refund unless the returned item is damaged or defective.
You will also be responsible for paying for your own return. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount.
When returning a merchandise, please keep hold of your return tracking information. Très Chic is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your return is processed, which will include the full details of refund credited.
